Sony are developing a Miles Morales film, doesn’t mean Holland is leaving

Sony Pictures

With Tom Holland’s contract up after this December’s “Spider-Man : No Way Home” expect the actor to say the sort of things Daniel Craig did when he held out for a cushy payday to return as Bond.

Holland, 25, told the media last week that if he’s still playing Peter Parker at age 30 he’s done something wrong.

“Maybe it is time for me to move on,” the “Uncharted” actor tells GQ. “Maybe what’s best for Spider-Man is that they do a Miles Morales film. I have to take Peter Parker into account as well, because he is an important part of my life. If I’m playing Spider-Man after I’m 30, I’ve done something wrong.”

And funny he should mention that, insider Daniel Richtman reports that Sony are indeed developing a live-action “Spider-Man : Miles Morales” film.

Still, that doesn’t mean both Spider-Men can’t exist at the same time? after all….
