In addition to Noah Hawley’s “Alien”, there will be another TV series featuring the words “Based on the film by Ridley Scott” during its credits in the near future.
“Blade Runner”.
Scott, out on the promo circuit for “House of Gucci”, told the BBC that he has a series in the works based on his 1982 classic.
“We [have already] written the pilot for ‘Blade Runner’ and the bible. So, we’re already presenting ‘Blade Runner’ as a TV show, the first 10 hours.”
No word if the series will be connected to “Blade Runner” or its sequel “Blade Runner 2049”.
