Captain America 4 in development with Winter Soldier team

Hot on the heels of that wicked season (?) finale, “Falcon and Winter Soldier” alums Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson have been assigned the task of writing a fourth “Captain America” flick for Marvel.

According to Deadline, it’s likely the Spellman/Musson flick follows the Disney+ series and will fix on Anthony Mackie’s shield-yielding Avenger.

A separate “Captain America” project, said to involve OG super soldier Chris Evans, is also said to be in the works.

”Falcon and the Winter Soldier” is reported to be the biggest premiere ever for Disney+ in the course of a weekend. SambaTV, which monitors terrestrial TV streaming, noted that 1.7 million households tuned into for the first weekend of the series for at least five minutes besting the 1.6M who tuned into ”WandaVision”‘s opening weekend.
