Lionsgate are reporting prepping TV adaptations of some of the film franchises they own.
Speaking to Deadline, Lionsgate Television chairman Kevin Beggs said a small screen adaptation of the best-selling novel “American Psycho” is in development.
The 1991 novel, and subsequent feature film (made in 2000), chronicled the maniacal adventures of sociopath and murderer Patrick Bateman.
Lionsgate produced a sequel to the film, “American Psycho 2 : All American Girl”, in 2002, starring Mila Kunis.
