Helen Mirren vs. Shazam!

Helen Mirren will play the villain in the “Shazam!” sequel.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the esteemed actress will don the guise of Hespera, the daughter of Atlas, in the New Line/Warner Bros’ flick “Shazam! Fury of the Gods”.

Also recently recruited for the film, “West Side Story” alum Rachel Zegler. The trade says Mirren and Zegler play sisters.

Returning from “Shazam” are Zachary Levi and Asher Angel. David F.Sandberg again directs.
